About Tourventura Fuerteventura


	Tourventura was established in 2001 with a view to providing visitors to Fuerteventura an alternative way to enjoy their time on the island. It is a locally owned company and therefore in tune with everything that Fuerteventura has to offer. 	Orlando is the owner and manager of Tourventura and he is originally from Fuerteventura. He has an Honors Degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism from Oxford Brookes University. After graduating he moved to the USA for a while and returned to Fuerteventura in 2001. He is always in and out of the offices organising new activities and excursions as well as visiting all the providers of activities to try to offer the best products to our clients.In his spare time he enjoys all water sports in Fuerteventura and takes part in the Windsurfing speed world championships all over the world. 	Hazel My name is Hazel. Before working for Tourventura I worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland for 14 years. After having my two children I started to work at Prestwick airport as an assistant air traffic controller and finally as a flight dispacher for eight years. I came to Fuerteventura on holidays where I met Jose Maria and decided to move to the island permenantly. Every week, besides working in the main office in Caleta, I enjoy accompanying our clients on the Jandia Xpress and North Tour and giving people two enjoyable days out.


	Debbie My name is Debbie and I am the sales manager. I have worked with Tourventura since 2002. Previous to this, I studied tourism in my home town, Glasgow. I began my life overseas working with one of the major touroperators as a holiday rep and then head rep for four years. I moved around from Fuerteventura, to Gran Canaria, Tenerife and Lanzarote. I have now settled here in Costa Caleta in Fuerteventura and enjoy a far more relaxed life than the old repping days! 	Claire I have worked with Tourventura since 2005 in the office in Caleta de Fuste selling excursions, activities, flights and holidays. I decided to settle here after meeting my boyfriend- a policeman. We have a lovely new home in rural Antigua in which to enloy our life in the sun with our cocker spaniel Daisy-Dog. I look forward to seeing you all here in Fuerte!
